    The soap situation by the sink left a lot to be desired!!! One dispenser in the shower just isn't enough, especially when shower temperatures fluctuate annoyingly!!! A bit more attention to toiletries would have been welcome!!!

    My stay at Hop Inn Bangkok Onnut Station was wonderful! The location near the BTS Sky Train made it so convenient to explore the city, and the nearby shops, including a supermarket and the night market, added extra charm. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to my needs.

    the overall experience was just ok, not what I expected from such a popular hotel. showers flooded the bathroom and the air conditioning didn’t cool properly, which was shocking. i really thought i'd receive at least some complimentary drinks for my troubles.     i had a great stay at hop inn! the room and bathroom were spotless, and they restocked water daily, which was awesome. the location is super convenient and close to everything. The friendly staff made me feel welcome. Nong Sai at the front desk was great in getting me a room with an unblock view!
